📝 Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect; and
- The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing or fit (please check size guides before ordering)
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable, hygienic, or custom-made products
2. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs, transaction fees, and handling fees are non-refundable, except where legally required.
- If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the same item is available.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, standard return procedures apply.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If an order is cancelled after payment but before shipping, we may deduct any payment processing or administrative costs before refunding.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report within the time frame may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked “final sale”
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
8. Exceptions & Legal Compliance
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
In cases where the CPA provides for mandatory refunds or replacements, those rights will apply.
